Ebrahim Rasool, the founder of the World for All Foundation, brings substantial value to the Development Bank of Southern Africa through his extensive government experience. He has led different departments such as Health, Welfare, Finance, and Economic Development as a Provincial Minister and as a former Premier of the Western Cape, along with his tenure as the South African Ambassador to the United States.
