The Redstone Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) plant is the largest renewable energy investment in South Africa to date and is on course to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023.

Pedestrian Bridge Over Uhlanjana River

In June 2017, a national newspaper article highlighted the plight of more than 125 school children from the village of uMhlabuyalingana, KwaZulu-Natal who, due to a lack of transport, were forced to cross the Uhlanjana River every day on their way to school.
